A: At this moment in time, operating hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6pm to 8pm.

Q: Where is the studio located?

A: Enchanted Esthetics Studio is an in-home studio located in SW Oklahoma City. The exact address will be provided upon booking confirmation to ensure privacy and security.

Q: What safety and sanitation measures do you follow?

A: I adhere to strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for all clients. All tools and surfaces are disinfected between appointments, and I follow all guidelines set by the Oklahoma Board of Cosmetology and Barbering.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: It is understood that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may require a deposit before confirming the next appointment.

Q: Are there any pre-appointment preparations I should be aware of?

A: For certain services like lash lifts or extensions, it is recommended that you arrive without any eye makeup. For facial waxing, please avoid using any exfoliating products on the day of your appointment. Specific instructions will be provided when you book your appointment.

Q: Do you offer consultations?

A: Yes, I offer free consultations to discuss your beauty goals and determine the best services for you. Consultations can be booked as a standalone appointment or combined with your first service.

Q: Can I purchase gift certificates?

A: Absolutely! Gift certificates are available for any service or amount and make a perfect gift for friends and family. Please contact to purchase a gift certificate.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: I accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., Venmo, PayPal). Payment is due at the time of service.

Q: Can I bring a friend or family member to my appointment?

A: Due to the intimate nature of the in-home studio, I kindly request that you do not bring guests to your appointment unless they are also receiving services.

Q: Do you have any animals in the home?

A: Yes, I have my two dogs! They are both Canine Good Citizen trained and very friendly. They do not enter the studio as they have the rest of my home available to them and they can be kenneled upon request.
